European Training Network CoACH meeting in Brno, Czech Republic
The first year meeting of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie European Training Network “Advanced glasses, Composites And Ceramics for High growth Industries European Training Network” (CoACH), including the training and workshop sessions, was held on 1-5 February 2016 in Brno, Czech Republic, hosted at the Institute of Physics of Materials (IPM). Nicoletta Toniolo and Francesca Ciraldo, PhD students (ESRs) (pictured with Prof. A. R. Boccaccini), presented results of their projects so far, and Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini, lead investigator, introduced the Erlangen Institute of Biomaterials as an academic project partner and chaired the Work Package “Glasses and Composites for Health Care Industries” session.
