Our new review paper published in Advances in Colloid and Interface Science
Our review paper entitled: “Sol-gel processing of bioactive glass nanoparticles. A review”, authored by Kai Zheng and Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini, has been published in Advances in Colloid and Interface Science. In this review [1] the different sol-gel based techniques for bioactive glass nanoparticle (BGN) synthesis are described and compared, discussing the effect of processing parameters on size, shape, porosity and composition of BGN. Biomedical applications of BGN are also focus of the review.
