Visit from Finland
On 3-4 July 2017 we received the visit of Dr. Xiaoju Wang from the Laboratory of Inorganic Chemistry of Åbo Akademi University, Turku, Finland, led by Prof. Leena Hupa. We have a long term collaboration with the group of Prof. Hupa in the field of bioactive glasses for bone tissue engineering. Dr. Wang presented the seminar: “Copper-containing bioactive glasses and application in biomedical devices”.
