Prof. Boccaccini: visiting professor at University Paris Diderot (Paris VII)
On Oct. 30 – Nov. 3, 2017, Professor Aldo R. Boccaccini visited the Laboratory ITODYS (“Interface Treatment Organisation and Dynamic of Systems”), at University Paris Diderot (Paris VII), hosted by Dr. Fayna Mammeri. Professor Boccaccini met several researchers to discuss collaboration between ITODYS Laboratory and the FAU Institute of Biomaterials in the fields of nanotechnology and biomaterials, including meetings with Prof. Souad Ammar (Head of group) and Prof. Alan Ponton (Senior researcher CNRS). Prof. Boccaccini delivered the lecture “Bioactive materials and biofabrication for superior tissue engineering scaffolds” to academic staff, researchers and students. He also met PhD students and young researchers in the Chemistry Department and he visited the Laboratory MSC, Physics Department, and the Engineering School at University Paris Diderot.
