Successful “Biomaterials to combat infections” conference at the Institute of Biomaterials
The conference “Biomaterials to combat infections” was held on 28th November 2018, at the Institute of Biomaterials, Erlangen, organized by the Forum MedTech Pharma and hosted by Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini. The conference included a compact program of oral presentations given by representatives from academia, industry and the medical profession. In addition, a round table discussion was organized at the end of the conference, with key contributions from Dr. Jochen Salber (Ruhr University Bochum), Prof. Michael Doser (German Institutes of Textile and Fiber Research, Denkendorf) and Dr. Gerhard Kappelt (Peter Brehm GmbH).
