Prof. Jens Günster delivers invited talk (remotely) at Materials Science Colloquium
On 26th May 2020, Prof. Jens Günster, Head of Division “Ceramic Processing and Biomaterials” at Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing” (BAM), Berlin, delivered (remotely) the Materials Science Colloquium at the FAU Department of Materials Science and Engineering. The Colloquium was hosted by Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini, Dr. Tobias Fey (Institute of Glass and Ceramics) and Prof. Dirk Schubert (Institute of Polymer Materials). Prof. Günster’s presentation was entitled: “Additive Manufacturing of Ceramic Materials”. A record number of 121 participants attended the ZOOM-based presentation. Prof. Günster is Professor for Advanced Ceramics at Clausthal University of Technolog. He is a partner in the EU RISE project AMITIE (“Additive Manufacturing Initiative for Transnational Innovation in Europe”) in which also Prof. Boccaccini’s Institute is participating.
