Meeting of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB) Council
The regular meeting of the Council of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB) was held remotely on 7th September. ESB will be present at the World Biomaterials Congress (WBC). Prof. Boccaccini serves in the ESB Council since 2017, currently as ESB vice-president and as officer (liaison) for the ESB Young Scientists Forum (YSF). The meeting was attended by ESB Council members: Prof. Pamela Habibovic (the Netherlands), ESB president, Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini (Germany), ESB vice-president and YSF Officer, Prof. Marc Bohner (Switzerland), ESB treasurer, Prof. Ana Pego (Portugal), ESB secretary, Prof. Karine Anselme (France), Education Officer, Prof. Nicholas Dunne (Ireland), Communication and Journal Liaison Officer, Prof. Abhay Pandit (Ireland), IUS-BSE Liaison and Conference Officer.
