Prof. Boccaccini presented invited lecture at 2nd ICG-CGCRI Tutorial on Glass 2021
Professor Aldo R. Boccaccini was one of a distinguished group of lecturers (faculty member) presenting at the 2nd ICG-CGCRI Tutorial on Glass 2021 , co-organised by the The International Commission on Glass (ICG) and CSIR-Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute [CSIR-CGCRI], Kolkata, India, which took place in online mode during January 18 – 27, 2021. He presented the lecture “Bioactive Glasses and Glass-Ceramics”. The tutorial covered several aspects of glass science and technology including basics of glass and glass melts, structural aspects of glass, advanced characterization techniques, properties of glass, and glasses for advanced applications.
