Our paper “Porous bioactive glass micro- and nanospheres with controlled morphology: developments, properties and emerging biomedical applications” co-authored by Dr. Kai Zheng, Dr. Baiyan Sui (Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, China), Ms Kanwal Ilyas (PhD student), and Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini, has been published in Materials Horizons [1]. In this review paper with discuss comprehensively the fabrication and characterisation of porous bioactive glass micro- and nanospheres covering also extensively their biomedical applications. The cover of the journal (vol 8., Feb. 2021) features the paper.
