Our participation at BioMAT 2021 conference
Our Institute had a strong participation at the 6th European Symposium on Biomaterials and Related Areas (BioMAT 2021) held virtually on 5-7 May 2021, organized by the German Materials Society (DGM) (chairs: Prof. Klaus Jandt and Thomas Keller). Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini was one of the plenary speakers at the conference. He delivered the presentation “Advances in Bioactive Materials and Biofabrication: from Bone Tissue Engineering to Soft Tissue Repair”. Dr. Liliana Liverani presented the talk: “Functionalized electrospun fibers for biomedical applications: new trends and future perspectives”. Moreover Sonja Kuth, Usanee Pantulap, Zoya Hadzhieva, Paula Corcosa (PhD students) and Dr. Liliana Liverni presented posters, and Dr. Liverani received the 2nd prize in the poster competition. Well done !
