Prof. Boccaccini attends the Executive Committee meeting of the Federation of European Materials Societies
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini attended the online meeting of the Executive Committee (EC) of the Federation of European Materials Societies (FEMS), chaired by FEMS president Prof. Eric Le Bourhis, which took place on 28th June 2021. Prof. Boccaccini represents the German Materials Society (DGM) in the FEMS EC since 2017, and he serves as Section Editor (“Biomaterials for life science and healthcare”) in the European Journal of Materials (EJM), the official journal of FEMS. FEMS is a not-for profit association of European materials societies and associations covering several fields of materials science and engineering, including metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, glasses, nano and biomaterials in 22 different countries.
