Our Institute was present at symposium “Experts’ days: Composites 2021”
Lulseged Belay Addis and Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini attending the online symposium “Experts’ days: Composites 2021” (Expert*innen-Tage Verbundwerkstoffe), that took place on 29-30 June 2021 organised by the joint committee Composites and the German Materials Society (DGM) Lulseged Belay Addis (PhD student) presented the poster and short talk entitled: “False Banana Fiber Characterization for Geopolymer Composite Application”. This work is being carried out in collabaration with Dr. Z. B. Sendekie, _Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia, and Dr. Judith A. Roether and Prof. Dirk Schubert at Institute of Polymer Materials, FAU, and Bavarian Polymer Institute. Prof. Boccaccini was a member of the organising committee of the symposium.
