Prof. Boccaccini attended the (hybrid) symposium VERBUND 2022
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini gave an oral presentation at the 23th Symposium “Verbundwerkstoffe und Werkstoffverbunde” (Composites and Material Composites) (VERBUND 2022), held in hybrid format (on line and in-presence in Leoben, Austria) on 20-22 July 2022. Prof. Boccaccini presented the talk “Advances in the development of polymer coated bioactive glass composite foams for regenerative medicine”, a collaboration with Ms Marcela Arango-Ospina, PhD student. The symposium “Verbundwerkstoffe und Werkstoffverbunde”, which was established in 1988 by the German Materials Society (DGM), is organised under the leadership of the Joint Committee Composites Materials, of which Prof. Boccaccini has been a member for more than 20 years. Prof. Boccaccini was also a member of the organising committee of “VERBUND 2022”.
