Strong participation of our Institute at the Annual Meeting of the German Society for Biomaterials (DGBM) 2022
Our Institute had a strong show at the Annual Meeting 2022 (LINK: https://www.dgbm-kongress.de/ ) of the German Society for Biomaterials (DGBM), which was held on 15-17 September 2022 in Essen. Prof. Boccaccini chaired the session “Regenerative Medicine 2″, Dr. Rainer Detsch chaired the session “3D Bioprinting” and presented a poster, while PhD students Hsuan-Heng and Lisa Schöbel presented posters and short presentations. We congratulate Ms Lisa Schöbel who received the Best Master Thesis Award 2022 of DGBM for her thesis carried out in the field of modified alginate based hydrogels for biofabrication, a topic related to project B06 of the CRC/TRR 225, supervised by Ms Emine Karakaya, Dr. R. Detsch and Professor Boccaccini. We also had posters presented in collaboration with colleagues from Univ. Duisburg-Essen, and TU Dresden.
