Visit to Federal University of Sao Paulo and Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil
Marcela Arango Ospina and Zoya Hadzhieva (PhD students at the Institute of Biomaterials) visited the Federal University of Sao Paulo in Sao Jose dos Campos and the Federal Univerisity of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in Florianopolis, Brazil, from 9.08 until 15.08 in the framework of the CAPES-DAAD -funded project on advanced manufacturing of multifunctional bioactive scaffolds. They presented the activities of our Institute and took part in tours in chemical, materials and biological labs in both universities. Prof. Dachamir Hotza (UFSC) and Prof. Eliandra de Souza (FESP) and their teams hosted Marcela and Zoya during their visit.
