Our Institute had a strong participation at FEMS EUROMAT 2023 Congress
Our Institute contributed with several oral and poster presentations to the success of FEMS EUROMAT 2023 Congress, the largest materials science and technology event in Europe, which was held in Frankfurt, Germany, on 3-7 September 2023. The congress was organised by the German Materials Society (DGM) under the umbrella of the Federation of European Materials Societies (FEMS). Prof. Boccaccini was a member of the scientific committee of EUROMAT 2023, coordinator of the Topic Area “Materials for Healthcare” and Chair of the session on “Bioactive Glasses”. He also chaired one of the plenary sessions. Prof. Boccaccini is the current vice-president of FEMS.
