Prof. Boccaccini visits Columbia University, New York City, USA
On 28th March 2024, Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini visited Prof. Helen H. Lu, the Percy K. and Vida L.W. Hudson Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Director, Biomaterials and Interface Tissue Engineering Laboratory, at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Columbia University, in New York City, USA. Prof. Boccaccini presented the seminar “Bioactive glasses with enhanced biological activity by metal ion doping and their applications in 3D bioprinting” and discussed with Prof. Lu and members of her group opportunities for collaboration in the field of composite materials for tissue engineering applications.
