Visit of Dr. Syed Ahmed Shah from Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, Warsaw, Poland
In the week of 22-26 July 2024, we received the visit of Dr. Syed Ahmed Shah, senior researcher at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, Polish Academy of Sciences (IPPT PAN), Warsaw. The visit was in the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training program. He is PASIFIC Fellow and Research Assistant Professor at IPPT PAN and under the PASIFIC-MSCA Programme, Dr. Shah’s research focuses on enzyme-mediated and pH-responsive hydrogels for accelerated bone regeneration, controlled drug delivery and bone tissue engineering (BTE). We discussed opportunites for collaborations in this field. Dr. Shah visited our laboratories and he give a presention on “Biopolymer Based Enzyme-mediated injectable hydrogels with curcumin nanocrystals for bone tissue engineering”.
