Our Institute was part of a BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) Erlangen course
In the week 2-6 September 2024, our Institute was part of the BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) course in Erlangen on “Additive Manufacturing”, in which engineering students from several EU countries participated. Prof. Boccaccini attended the Opening Ceremony of the course and delivered a greetings speech. BEST is a constantly growing non-profit and non-political organisation stablished in 1989 which provides communication, co-operation and exchange possibilities for students all over Europe. On the second day of the course, the participants heard lectures on biofabrication and bioinks, which were presented by Dr. Rainer Detsch and Ms. Hsuan-Heng (Ph.D student). The activity was also part of the dissemination activities of our TRR 225 Collaborative Research Center on biofabrication.
