Prof. Boccaccini, Keynote speaker at “Ceramics 2024” in Höhr-Grenzhause
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini was the main organizer of the Topic 08: “Bioceramics” at the 99th Annual Meeting of the German Ceramic Society (DKG), which was held in Koblenz University of Applied Sciences / WesterWaldCampus, Höhr-Grenzhausen, on 09.-11.09.2024. He co-chaired all “bioceramics” sessions with Dr. Franziska Schmidt (Charité Berlin). Prof. Boccaccini presented the Keynote talk: “Bioactive glasses meet herbal medicine: Advanced biomaterials for bone regeneration”, a collaborative work with Ms. Marcela Arango Ospina (Ph.D student).
