Final Meeting of EU ITN project P4FiT (“PERSPECTIVES FOR FUTURE INNOVATION IN TENDON REPAIR ”)
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini attended the Final Meeting of the EU H2020-MCSA-ITN-EJD-2020 project P4FiT (“PERSPECTIVES FOR FUTURE INNOVATION IN TENDON REPAIR”), held in Helsinki, Finland on 6-8 November 2024. In this meeting, all Early Stage Researchers (Ph.D. students) presented a summary of their projects, highlighting the key results obtained in the last 3 years. The Ph.D. students co-supervised by Prof. Boccaccini attended the meeting, including: Francesco Iorio (co-supervised by Prof. Valentina Russo, Univ. of Teramo, Italy), Florencia Diaz (co-supervised by Prof. Nicholas Forsyth and Dr. Tina Dale, Keele Univ., UK) (attended online), Seyma Sereflioglu (co-supervised by Prof. Nicholas Forsyth and Dr. Tina Dale, Keele Univ., UK), Vera Citro (co-supervised by Prof. Nicholas Forsyth and Dr. Tina Dale, Keele Univ., UK) (attended online), Sara Cantero (co-supervised by Prof. Johannes Stoeckl, Medical University of Vienna, Austria), and Halldor Karason (co-supervised by Prof. Pierluigi Ritrovato, Univ. of Salerno, Italy). The Final Meeting involved also an insightful discussion of the project results and future steps, led by coordinator Prof. Helder Santos with the participation of all principal investigators and beneficiaries.
