On 13th March, Assoc. Prof. Dana Rohanová from the Department of Glass and Ceramics at the University of Chemistry and Technology (UCT) Prague, Czech Republic, presented the invited lecture ”  ” at the FAU Institute of Biomaterials, hosted by Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini. During her 3-month visit to our Institute, Prof. Rohanová is carrying out research activities in the field of characterisation of bioactive glass nanoparticles in contact with aqueous media. Our collaboration with Prof Rohanová started more than 15 years ago and several papers have resulted from our collaboration (for example: [1], [2]).
